About ABLE
The Adolescents for Better Learning Endeavors (ABLE) program is designed to help students from grades 6 through 12 move forward successfully in the school setting as a result of gaining new skills and competency. The program provides academic, social and emotional interventions that support, motivate and guide participants. At the core of programming is research-based curriculum and time-tested effective interventions that address students’ academic, psycho-social and mental health needs.

Participant’s Selection: School officials identify and refer participants.
Program Goals: The underlying goal is to address and remove barriers that impede successful school learning and experiences. Specific training and interventions take place to help participants address behavioral and emotional issues, secure personal achievement and experience academic growth.
Parents/Guardians: For parents/guardians, the goal is to work together with school staff and the team from the ABLE program.
