Clinical Therapist (Master’s Level Intern-Therapist)

Schedule: Full-time Contractual & Part-time Contractual

Rate of Pay: $25 – $45 per 50 minute session (and/or pro-rated)

Report To: Clinical Director

General Description: Assist clients in removing perceived or real mental health barriers.

Job Specifics:

  1. Perform intake assessments and psychosocial assessments in a timely manner (within 72 hours of referral/face to face contact with client).
  2. Make self available to participate in department/clinical meetings of a planning, managerial or supervision nature.
  3. Perform individual, family and group counseling.
  4. Complete and file client’s paperwork (i.e. progress notes, case notes) within 24 hours of contact with client.
  5. Complete all assessments and treatment plans within the established time frames.
  6. Refer clients to appropriate community resources and services.
  7. Other duties deemed appropriate and within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree, Health & Human Services related field.
  2. Excellent people skills, good verbal/non-verbal skills & organizational skills.
  3. A minimum of 3 years work experience and ability to multi-task.

Consultant/Case Manager/Behavior Specialist

Schedule: Part-time Contractual

Rate of Pay: $12 – $20 per hour

Report To: Clinical Director

General Description: Provide support to staff members and clients.

Job Specifics:

  1. Assist with facilitating groups, intakes, etc.
  2. Make self-available to participate in school meetings, crisis intervention, home visits, school suspension activities, after school treatment groups, chaperone events, assist during workshops/conference, local outings, etc.
  3. Provide individual and group mentoring.
  4. Light filing, organizing, etc.
  5. Coordinate events, outing and activities.
  6. Refer clients to appropriate community resources and services.
  7. Other duties deemed appropriate and within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma considered.
  2. Excellent people skills, good verbal/non-verbal skills & organizational skills.
  3. A minimum of 6 months work experience and ability to multi-task.

ABLE Program Coordinator

Schedule: Part-time Contractual (maximum of 10 hrs per month)

Rate of Pay: $20 – 45 per administrative hr. and/or negotiated rate for special projects

Report To: Clinical Director

General Description: Coordinate program activities staff, programs and initiatives.

Job Specifics:

  1. Perform coordination, planning and implementation of program activities and strategies.
  2. Make self available to participate in RSRC department, school district meetings and community meetings for the purpose of planning, problem solving and program development.
  3. Perform coordination of student focused activities that are non-counseling in nature such as program recruitment, managing transportation plans, facilitating food/snacks and assisting with new programming.
  4. Develop and maintain healthy relationships and on- going communication with staff, school officials, parents and student participants.
  5. Help identify new and coordinate the implementation of existing program curriculum.
  6. Complete all assignments within the established time frames.
  7. Other duties deemed appropriate and within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 30 college credit hours in a health & human services major.
  2. Excellent people skills, good verbal/non-verbal skills & organizational skills.
  3. A minimum of 3 years work experience and ability to multi-task.
