Paperwork
In order to be a part of the LET program, there are various forms that must completed before acceptance and throughout the program. This paperwork includes, but is not limited to, LLPC’s Clinical Supervision Notes, Participant’s Profile and Log Sheet, and Group/Individual Supervision Notes.
